MORNING ANNOUNCEMENTS
 
Faculty meeting in the Tech Ed room 7:30 tomorrow, Friday, May 18th
 
Do your very best on the WESTEST!! Thanks to the students who worked very hard on these- today is the last day - Good Job!

        Lunch today: Vegetable/beef soup, salad, yogurt, breadstick, crackers, fruit
 
·         Reminder to students: School is your job. You are here to work. You will treat everyone here with respect.
·         Remember WESTEST is this week you need to be here in school and on time every day. Take this test very seriously. 
·         Today: Sixth grade will take the Social Studies portion; Seventh and Eighth grades will take Science
·         We will go to 4th period today. There will be no second breakfast this week. 
·         You are NOT permitted to have any electronic devices out while test booklets are in the room. Penalties for this are increased during standardized testing times. 
·         Any student who cannot follow directions and act appropriately during testing or the afternoon activities will be disciplined accordingly and may be excluded from further year end activities, such as the trip to the park, etc. 
·         Students, the exam exemption forms are due back today!
·         Locker clean out during AA today for 8th grade, tomorrow 7th grade, Monday 6th grade- Do NOT over fill the garbage bags.  
·         Choir concert this evening at 6:30, choir members report to choir room by 5:45. 
·         LMS Student Council will hold a variety show on Friday, May 17th in the afternoon.  We have a lot of great acts signed up that are sure to entertain you.  Cost to students is $2.00, (not Eagle Bucks) and tickets will be sold this morning. 
·         Pictures from the last dance will be sold today during all three lunches for .25. 
·         The choirs will meet this morning during 4th period to rehearse for their upcoming concerts. The choir students will be report to 4th period for attendance and lunch count and then to the auditorium for rehearsal.
·         Friday will be the last day to turn your 50 Eagle Bucks in for the trip to the park. Turn this money into your AA teacher.                                      
·          Free physicals for any student athlete will be June 3 at RCB at 1:20pm.
·         Yearbooks are for sale $25.00. See Mrs. Kerns for more information.
·         Anyone staying for Wildlyfe this Thursday, you will not leave your AA until 4th bell. Report outside to the bleachers. 
·         Any girl interested in participating in the Bridgeport Benedum Festival Pageant, applications are on the bookcase   outside Mrs. Harmer and Mrs. Stire’s office. The application deadline is May 22nd
