The eighth grade team is proud to announce that two students have been selected as Elks Teenager of the Month.  Brianna Gregory and Logan Minnix were chosen and will now represent LMS at regional competition this spring.  Congratulations to both students!

 
Congratulations to the danceline for winning Grand Champion, Judges Choice and Overall Showmanship at the Rotary Club danceline competition on Saturday at Lincoln High School. The danceline also won 3rd place in the Jazz and Pom Categories, 2nd in the Kick Category, and 1st in the Hip Hop and Open Categories. 
 
Congratulations to the wrestling team for placing 7th out of 18 teams at the Mason Dixon Tournament in Fairmont on Friday and Saturday. LMS had four wrestlers place 6th: Noah Mason, Doug Moore, Kyler Smallwood, Gregory Snyder; One wrestler place 5th: Brandon Weaver; One wrestler place 4th: Danny Summers

 Congratulations to Kayla Bates- she won at the county level and will represent LMS at the Regional Spelling Bee on March 21st at Bridgeport Conference Center.

Directions to LMS

Take Route 50 West to the West Pike Street – Route 19 Exit. Turn right at the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp onto Route 19 North. Travel 4 miles on Rt. 19 North. Turn left at the intersection marked Lumberport 18 and travel two miles into Lumberport. At the intersection on Route 10 North, turn right and travel two blocks. Turn left onto Jack’s Run. The school will be on the hill on the right.
