  • Provides a listening ear.
  • Serves as an information and referral source of resources available in the community.
  • Facilitates interagency collaboration with area agencies serving children and their families.
  • Offers training in topics of concern to parents and educators.
  • Assist parents to resolve concerns and aids them in making informed decisions regarding their child's education.
