	*Lieutenant Colonel* *Peter A. Taylor,* *SAI (Senior Army Instructor)* Lieutenant Colonel Taylor is the SAI for the Robert C. Byrd High School Eagle Battalion. Colonel Taylor has been teaching JROTC since 1994. LTC Taylor teaches the upperclassmen and women. Colonel Taylor is a highly decorated military officer who served 27 years in the US Army as a military intelligence officer. He is a combat veteran of the Vietnam War and has served in a wide variety of military assignments at the highest levels of the military. Colonel Taylor posses multiple Masters Degrees and is a graduate of the prestigious US Army War College at Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

Photo Not Yet Available	*First Sargeant* *Robert Brownfield* *US Army Retired, Army Instructor (AI)* First Sergeant Brownfield is the AI for the Robert C. Byrd High School Eagle Battalion. He started teaching JROTC after his retirement from the Active Army in 2005. He is the principal instructor for the underclassmen and women. First Sergeant Brownfield is a highly decorated veteran of the Gulf War and has served in Bosnia, Korea and the Middle East. He is a former Combat Engineer and is both airborne and air assault qualified. His terminal assignment was at the ROTC Department at West Virginia University where he served as the Senior Military Instructor and taught military science. First Sergeant Brownfield is currently pursuing a baccalaureate degree in education.
