Mr. Rollins is a graduate of Fairmont State, West Virginia University and Marshall University.    He is a life-long resident of Harrison County and a graduate of Victory High School.   Mr. Rollins taught at Wallace Junior High School, South Harrison High School and Liberty High Schools.   In 1981, he was selected to be the assistant principal for Washington Irving High School.
        Mr. Rollins is active in the theater and has experience as a semi- professional on the technical staff for the ever-popular "Hatfields and McCoys" and "Honey in the Rock" for the Theatre in Beckley, West Virginia.     He currently works with the Abbeville Opera House in South Carolina throughout the summer months.
        Mr. Rollins believes the , "Education is a never-ending experience. High school is not the final stage, but is merely a vehicle for further education."
