Second Grade is the year to refine

reading skills.  Next year students

will be reading to learn as opposed

to learning to read.

 What's Happening                      

 We are working extremely hard to make up for the many snow days that we have

had during this schoool year.  Please help your child with their homework and be

proactivie in their learning experience.

General Homework Guidelines 

  Monday - Spelling three times / read decodable reader

  Tuesday - Spelling three times each / Math

  Wednesday - Spelling three times each / Read weekly story

  Thursday - Spelling three times each  / Study for reading test

  Friday - NO HOMEWORK / HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND!

 Students can earn homework passes for spelling three times each homework by mastering weekly word lists.
