Sally J. Cann, Vice-President Harrison County Board of Education

Sally J. Cann has been a member of the Harrison County Board of Education since 1998. She served as president of the Board from 2000 to 2006. She currently holds the office of Vice-President.
Mrs. Cann was born in Parkersburg, WV and raised in Marion County. She graduated from Fairmont Senior High School and received a bachelor's degree in Journalism at West Virginia University.
Mrs. Cann has served Harrison County Schools in various capacities. She has served as PTO president and Local School Improvement Council Chair at Johnson Elementary. She presently serves on the RESA VII Advisory Council. She is President-Elect of the West Virginia School Boards Association. Mrs. Cann and her husband James, have three children, Carmen, Jay, and Jack. She currently resides in Bridgeport.
