

Since 2003, I have been a teacher at Bridgeport High School. I currently teach Algebra I and Geometry, but I have also taught Applied Math, Algebra Support, Conceptual Math, and Computer Information (Applications). I received my B.S. in Math Education from Alderson-Broaddus College, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Later I received my Master's from Salem International University in Educational Technology Leadership, graduating with a 4.0. Additionally, I have 18 hours of graduate work.I grew up in Bridgeport and attended Simpson, Johnson, Bridgeport Junior High, and BHS. I am married to Rick, also a BHS graduate. Our three children also attend Bridgeport schools.Outside of school, I am very active at my church.
