We started out the month by discussing proper dental hygiene. Mrs. Yanero’s sister, Kelly Wolford, came and discussed various dental techniques. Each child was given a special take home package and we sure learned a lot. Thank you so much for educating us on proper dental hygiene.
We also celebrated our 100th day of school, where students did a series of activities around the number 100. A special thank you to all those parents who sent items in to make our celebration a success. We ended the month with a study on Presidents Lincoln, Washington, and Obama. We used this time to concentrate on recognizing money and knowing its value. We also enjoyed a great presentation on saving money by WesBanco. A special thank you to them.
