Hi, I'm Karen Carroll, but the kids call me Miss Karen. I have been teaching Special Education for over 30 years. Teaching these children has been a life-long passion of mine. I can't even imagine teaching another type class. I can see something special and unique about every child I have taught. It is so gratifying to see these children progress. Each positive step, no matter how small or how long it takes, is huge. My philosophy is that all children can learn. ....and while they learn from me, I learn from them.
