Morning Arrival - As a reminder, walkers are not permitted into the building prior to 7:00 AM. In fact, the preference is no earlier than 7:15 AM, which is when our bus rooms begin. Bus rooms run from 7:15 AM to 7:45 AM. At 7:45 AM, student report to their homerooms. The tardy bell rings at 7:55 AM, and instruction begins at 8:00 AM.
Evening Dismissal - The kindergarten walker dismissal is at 2:30 PM over by the kindergarten wing. Walkers in grades 1-5 are dismissed at 2:35 PM out the main school doors. Late bus students report to the bus room at 2:45 PM. We conclude all student pickup at 3:00 PM.
Kindergarten - 10:44 AM First - 10:40 AM Second - 11:33 AM Third - 11:38 AM -Fourth - 12:30 PM Fifth - 12:25 PM
Missoula Children's Theatre will be performing- Saturday Noverber 22, at 2:00pm and 7:00pm in the BHS Auditorium.
Some of the Johnson students will be performing in the show, hope to see the community come out to support our students and the arts.
November 24-28 - Thanksgiving break (NO SCHOOL!)
December 1- After school choir practice (cast members-students with speaking parts)
December 1-2- Spelling Bee Spell-off for 5th grade
December 2-Parent Lunch at J.E.S.
December 2- Harrison County Bd. Of Ed. Meeting at Bridgeport High, 3rd-5th grade Choir is performing
December 4- Bridgeport Light-up Night at the Benedum Center, 3rd-5th J.E.S. Choir is performing
December 4- Spelling Bee at 9:00 am
December 1-5- Ronald McDonald House Donation Week
- PTA ornament decorating craft for students

Congratulations to our PTA! Word has been received that they are the recipients of the National PTA Award of Excellence! This is a huge honor. The PTA, led by president Rose Rossana, will be honored at the West Virginia State Board of Education meeting on September 10 in Charleston. Thanks PTA for making us shine!
