Be prepared everyday...you should always bring your assignment book, homework folder, pencil, and required books to each class unless a teacher gives you other directions.
5th Grade - Mrs. Coffman's Homepage

This is my 30th years of teaching.  I have taught all grades K through 8th and Special Education.

I have a Masters degree in Curriculum and Instruction.

My husband John and I  have two children. Our Daughter Brittany is married to Eric Coughlin and lives in Charleston, WV. Our son, Josh  is  a Junior at  FSU.   I am a member of the Good Shephard United Methodist church in Grafton and attend Chestnut Ridge Church in Morgantown. I  love the outdoors and making crafts. My favorite hobby is basket weaving and caning chairs.

At Johnson I teach Math to all fifth grade students.  I enjoy seeing the students' attitude toward Math change to  loving Math.  My goal is to prepare students in Math, so they can be successful with whatever direction they go in the future.
