MRS. PAMELA CARSON LEGGETT Mrs. Pamela Carson Leggett is the principal of the new Mountaineer Middle School.  She brings a wealth of experience to her students, parents and teachers.  She is a graduate of Fairmont State College with a B.A. in Business Education.  She received a masters in administration from WVU.  Her teaching and administrative experience includes Roosevelt Wilson, South Harrison High School, South Harrison and Salem Middle Schools.
