Disclosing, using, or disseminating personal information regarding minors.

Bypassing any network configuration including proxy servers,
security device or
software to gain Internet connectivity or the use
of third party remote access applications or
devices to gain outside access to any HCS network or TECD.

Bypassing, removal, disabling, reconfiguration or installation of any network elec-
tronic component including but not limited to, hubs, switches, routers, or wireless access
points without specific permission from the Technology Coordinator.

Student installation or configuration of software on any fileserver, workstation, or
data storage system.
5601.5.36
Unauthorized sharing of computer, server, data storage system, or network re-
sources with any outside agency, group, or individual.

The distribution, or transmission of any copyrighted music, video, or photographic
files not specifically for education purposes.

Excessive storage of data on HCS TECD and/or network storage devices is strictly
prohibited. HCS has the right to permanently delete any unauthorized material including, but
not limited to, video, photographs, and music.

As per WV State Law Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying 61-3C-14a:

It is unlawful for any person, with the intent to harass or abuse another per-
son, to use a computer to:

Make contact with another without disclosing his or her identity with
the intent to harass or abuse;
