5504.2 – Requirements for Graduation
5504.2.1
Standard Graduation Requirements – the number of required and elective units of
credit that must be earned by a student in order to graduate from high school. A standard di-
ploma is the document that is awarded to a student to verify completion of these graduation
requirements.
5504.2.2
The total number of units of credit needed for graduation is 28. This policy outlines
specific units of credit for graduation.
