The mission of Salem Elementary is that the staff, faculty, and administration are committed to producing globally competitive citizens who are prepared for life in the 21st century, to enable student to develop into lifelong learners, to enhance and to promote education, and to provide a safe and positive environment for all students.

    Salem Elementary is to be unified with the students, families, and community to encourage strong values, positive leadership, and educational success.  Through the use of innovative teaching stratagies, 21st Century technology, high expectations and local resources, we will prepare all students for future career opportunities so that they may become productive members of an ever-changing society.
