Reminders:
• Please be sure to have your WVEIS ID number (933#) with you when attending any Summer Institute. This will help in processing your stipend.
• Please keep your profile current at www.mylearningplan.com. This will be very important as positions change throughout the summer.
• Monitor your status for all courses you are waitlisted for (your status could change at any time).
• There has been some confusion as to some of the terminology used with mylearningplan.com. When viewing courses you are enrolled in, mylearningplan.com will show your status as “In Progress” if you have successfully registered for and have been accepted to attend the course.
• Please be aware the Administrative Regulations stipulates that all participant cancelations (drops/withdraws) be completed 3 full business days prior to the session. For example, if you have a session starting on Monday, that you cannot attend, it will be necessary to have withdrawn by 11:59 PM the previous Tuesday (Note: June 19, 2009 and July 3, 2009, in observance of WV Day and Independence Day, are not business days).
• All activity on the system is time stamped.

A database fill problem has caused most online course to reflect start dates up to 2015, in the printed catalog. This has been corrected in the updated online catalog. All online courses are to begin June 10, 2009.
MyLearningPlan Changes
Some questions have come up concerning adding additional phone numbers for contact purposes. Your profile page will now contain an extra field called "Alternate Summer Phone." This is not a required field, but feel free to include other contact phone numbers if you'd like.
