INDUSTRIAL EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE COURSE TO BE OFFERED AT UTC NEXT YEARUnited Technical Center is offering a new course offering this year . Industrial Equipment Maintenance is a two year program. Students learn to complete regular maintenance on equipment; install new equipment; repair existing equipment following recommended guidelines; provide basic electricity needs; welding fundamentals; general machining skills; and computer mandated skills. The Millwright Union will be looking for apprenticeship candidates from this program. Applications are available in the office at UTC or any home high school guidance office. |
