Arts and Humanities Programs of Study Graphic Communications (Printing)
Graphic Communications/Printing-Areas of instruction include copy preparation, computer layout and typesetting, photo-offset camera work, image assembly and plate-making using polyester and metal plates, press operation, bindery and paper handling, estimating and sales and management skills. Students will use a variety of software products including: Adobe Creative Suite which includes instruction in: InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. There is limited use of Microsoft Office Suite 2007. (A.M. Session only) |
